This warm, delicious treat is truly a delight. With mozzerella baked inside, and a few french herbs, this is a very quick treat you can pop in the oven for unexpected guests.
Ingredients:
1 tomato
1 large slice of mozzerella cheese
1 sprig tarragon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Hollow the tomato, and stuff with large pieces of mozzerella. Push the cheese in, and add a sprig of tarragon on the side. Drizzle them with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 2-5 minutes.Pop the the tomatoes into the oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
