A Taste Of Italy, Appetizer

This is a tasty, basic bruschetta with an edge. It is sharp and sweet, and delicious. It is served very well with a white wine, or a cool juice, such as orange. This will surely get you up and jumping.
Ingredients
1 tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 fresh clove garlic
1 leaf basil
3 slices of crusty bread
Directions
Slice the bead. Dice one tomato, and roughly chop the garlic. Rip the basil into small, ragged pieces. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Then toast the bread. Brush the bread with olive oil and top with tomato mixture. Serve.
